Endymion Parade Crash Lawyer Questions Prosecutors Delay

The attorney for the man accused of driving his pickup truck into a crowd of people during the Endymion Parade in February, is questioning why it's taking so long for certain evidence to be presented.

Nanak Rai says prosecutors have not provided victim's medical records, which is a big part of the case.

In February, New Orleans Police say 25-year-old Neilson Rizzuto (pictured) was legally drunk when the 30 victims were injured. Police say his blood alcohol level was about three times the legal limit.
