The NFL is not planning on having the Super Bowl played in New Orleans any time soon.
This week Commissioner Roger Goodell revealed the locations for the next five Super Bowl games, none of which will be at the SuperDome. Even snowbound Minneapolis is on the list before New Orleans will see another NFL final.
The earliest another Super Bowl event could possibly take place in the Big Easy is 2023, although rumor has it, Las Vegas may get the nod then.
