A man is behind bars today, facing charges from New Orleans police stemming from a deadly head-on crash Saturday morning on the Highway 11 bridge.
Investigators say it was 44-year-old Paul Fleming's pickup that crossed into oncoming traffic and slammed into a car. Killed were a man, a woman and her unborn child
Fleming was booked on two counts of negligent homicide and one count of third-degree feticide.
