Pelicans Stomp Warriors 119-100 In Game 3

The Pelicans pulled away in the third quarter as they stomped the Warriors 119-100 in Game Three of their second-round playoff series from New Orleans.

Anthony Davis piled up 33 points and 18 rebounds for the Pelicans, and Rajon Rondo finished with four points, 21 assists, and 10 rebounds.

"You always shoot better at home, I feel like," Davis said. "Guys made shots in shootaround this morning and it just carried over to the game. When you're back at home and your crowd's behind you, you play with a lot more confidence and we were able to make shots and open up the floor."

The Pelicans led by six after halftime and 15 after the third quarter. They'll look to even the series in Game Four on Sunday in New Orleans.

Klay Thompson led Golden State with 26 points and Kevin Durant poured in 22. Steph Curry shot 6-of-19 and finished with 19 points in his first start of the postseason.
