The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office says an investigation by the Louisiana Attorney General's Office into alleged wrongdoing by two former deputies is over.
The results have now been turned over to St. Tammany/Washington Parish District Attorney Warren Montgomery for review.
The probe looked at Ricky Steinart who was investigated for allegedly falsifying a DWI arrest report and Nathan Stokes who was fired for selling a department-owned Taser.
