Buses, taxis, streetcars, Uber, Lyft, carriages, bicycles - all are currently publicly available forms of transportation in the Big Easy.
The New Orleans City Council approved an ordinance Thursday that paves the way for regulating motorized scooters should a business seek to open such an operation locally.
But, before that happens several other ordinances have to win approval.
