The man accused of gunning down and killing his neighbor, Lee "Big Lee" Martin won't have to remain confined in his home while he awaits trial.
A judge granted the request to Wayne Higgins on Monday.
The 78-year-old was arrested for second-degree murder after he got into an argument with Martin outside their residences on May 5th. He's accused of shooting Martin after he sprayed water into Higgin's pickup truck.
