The man accused of plowing into several people in New Orleans, killing two, admits he has "a drinking problem."

Tashonty Toney, 32, had vomit on his beard and chin when he was taken into custody late Saturday night, according to police. They say he refused a breathalyzer test but later admitted to having a drinking problem.
