The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office says they've found a body believed to be that of a man who drove his truck off the Chalmette Ferry landing.
Deputies recovered a man's body from the Mississippi River shortly before noon on Friday.
Investigators say it may be the body of 54-year-old Roland Messa, who's suspected of driving his truck into the river more than two weeks ago.
Witnesses said they saw a man swimming away from the sinking truck, but searchers at the time were unable to find him.
