Four NOPD officers are injured and ten suspects are in custody following a confrontation at an anti-Israel protest on Sunday evening.
The protest was in Jackson Square, and when police moved to enforce the park's 7 p.m. closing time, protestors resisted, striking officers with objects.
An officer called for backup shortly before 8 p.m.
